This base provides a stable work platform and features a convenient, rounded-edge pocket for beads and hooks. Its powder coated finish provides exceptional contrast, making small hooks and beads easy to see without straining your eyes. The C-Clamp Mount allows the vise to be attached directly to flat surfaces with a thickness ranging from 11/16’’ to 2-1/4’’. Its brass-tipped set screw allows repeated assembly and re-assembly without having to worry about scaring the riser shaft. The vise itself is a basic in-line rotary vise equally suitable for both left and right handed tiers.
