It all starts with Muck's four-way stretch nylon CR flex-foam bootie and breathable airmesh lining. This self-insulating foam bootie fits snugly and is comfort rated for 85ºF to sub-freezing temperatures for year round use. The Edgewater's topline binding hugs the calf to keep warmth in and cold out. A natural rubber overlay surrounds the foot and features a triple-reinforced toe area and quadruple-reinforced heel. The overlay is easy to clean and reinforces the bootie around your foot. The lightweight rubber outsole is made of durable, high abrasion rubber for years of work. The self-cleaning outsole wraps around the entire perimeter of the boot for top toe, heel, and arch protection and superior stability on uneven terrain and steep slopes. The outsole also features a wrap up toe bumper to give your toes even more protection. A removable 6mm Nitracel™ EVA footbed sockliner provides additional support and comfort for your feet.
