The rectangular 26-quart pot is large enough to fry a 18-lb. turkey or as many as 4 chickens, and its propane power puts out a mean 33,000 BTUs. Fry entrees and side dishes, simmer soups and stews, and steam all types of food. Features a cover, drain rim, spigot, recessed top, and four legs with a large rectangular bottom for stability. Includes 2 baskets for cooking 2 different batches of food at the same time, rack, steam tray, 4 skewers, deep-fry thermometer, and a LP hose and regulator with type one connection for use with a standard propane tank (not included). CSA Design Certified Battery Operated Timer. Stand 13-3/4'' high x 18-3/8'' wide x 13-3/4'' deep. Frame top is 15'' x 12''. Pot measures 15-1/2'' x 12-1/2'' x 11-3/8'' high (across the top lip) This capable cooker can cook three full turkeys on one 20 lb. tank of propane.
