In order to meet Gore-Tex Extreme Wet Weather Protection standards, garments are tested in 22" of rain per hour in the Gore Storm Chamber using wind-driven and drenching, overhead rainfall. If the product passes the rigorous test, only then is it approved to carry the Extreme Wet Weather hangtag.
