Flea Flicker Jig rigging and fishing technique tip:
Wacky rig a soft stick bait or hand poured style worm, and fish deeper drops, breaks and around any vertical structure. Most strikes will occur on the initial fall, so make a long cast to the top of a break or next to vertical cover. Let the Flea Flicker fall on semi slack line, watching the line as it falls. If you see or feel anything different, set the hook! Once the bait hits the bottom, lift and pop the rod back up to the 12 o'clock position. Repeat the lift and fall all the way back.
