Engineered with progressive precision to meet the unique demands of every iron, Burner® Irons from TaylorMade® are designed to give you the most from every single iron in your bag. With progressive changes in headsize, topline, offset, sole width, and workability from iron to iron, every single Burner iron is uniquely powerful and accurate, with optimized COR and MOI for the shots each iron is made to hit. Incorporating this progressive construction with the same SuperFast technology found in Burner drivers to promote faster swing speed and greater distance, these irons utilize lighter, longer shafts, lighter grips, larger, more forgiving clubheads, higher COR clubfaces, mid launch angles and lower spin-rates. Each iron's clubface utilizes TaylorMade's Inverted Cone Technology to produce high energy transfer(COR) over a larger portion of the clubface for more consistent distance, even on less-than-perfect hits. TaylorMade's new, advanced Multi-Functional iron sole features a wide sole beveled at the back to make it perform like a much thinner sole, increasing playability from a variety of lies. The sole's low and deep center of gravity makes it easy to launch the ball on a high, powerful, and penetrating flight. Burner irons also feature a multi-material cavity badge for vibration dampening and solid feel and recessed heel and toe for reduced drag. Set includes 4 through 9 irons, pitching wedge, and A wedge.
