These premium-performing Avet HX Two-Speed Saltwater Reels are in a class of their own. The HX Reel is a beast and its two speed gearing system ensures you’ve got enough speed and power to work over any size fish. The Lever Drag control system features 21 lb. strike and 30 lb. maximum drag pressure making the HX ideal for a wide range of applications. Avet's precision cast control system is designed to prevent backlash and to allow for adjustments when live bait fishing. The HX's regular size spool keeps the retrieve center close to the plane of the rod, reducing wobble and optimizing cranking speed. Its 100% precision machined 6061-T6 aluminum frame houses the HX’s all stainless steel rubber sealed ball bearings and stainless steel components. Right-hand retrieve.
