If the recipient of any clothing or footwear item ordered from us is unhappy with their gift, they can return it to us no questions asked! We'll be glad to exchange the item or issue a full refund back to the purchasing credit card. If the item was a gift, we will gladly refund via gift card so the recipient may purchase something else from our wide variety of products!

To return the clothing or footwear, simply contact us via live chat, send us an email
or give us a call at 1-800-BASSPRO.

Our friendly staff will email a prepaid FedEx label to you; simply box up the item you wish to return, fill out the back of the packing slip that was received with the order to let us know if we should issue a refund or exchange for another item (don't forget to include the exchange information) and tape the FedEx label we emailed to the package. (The pre-paid label will be sent from emaillabel@fedex.com, so you might want to add this to your safe senders list). Take the package to any FedEx drop-off location and it will be returned to us at no charge to you! Sorry, this promotion is only available in the 48 contiguous states.
