Free shipping with "Ship to Store"
Bass Pro Shops offers FREE shipping to our stores! This feature allows you to ship most items to any of our retail store locations (excluding Canada). Best of all, there is NO SHIPPING CHARGE on ship to store orders!
How to place an order for In Store Pick Up:
- Place your order at basspro.com
- Select "Ship to Store" when checking out.
- If someone other than the person named in the billing address may be picking up the order, please enter their name(s) in the Authorized Pick up Name(s) field located in checkout.
- As soon as your order is received, we'll send you an email with your order details. Please be aware that you will not receive a shipping confirmation email, but will receive an email once the order is ready for pick up at the store.
You may also place your order over the phone at 1-800-227-7776 and have your order be shipped to store.
Within 5-10 business days (please allow up to 30 days for delivery to our Alaska store) we'll send you an email to let you know that your order is ready for pickup, along with what to bring with you and other instructions. Expedited shipping is not available on ship to store orders. You can also have backordered items shipped to a store! We will send separate emails to let you know as more merchandise from your order arrives.
Picking up the order
Please bring a printed copy of your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID to the Customer Service counter located at the front of the store to pick up your order. Please note that only the customer listed in the billing address or named in the Authorized Pick up Name(s) field may pick up the merchandise. You may pick up items anytime during normal business hours. Please click here to view store hours.
Items that can't be shipped to store
We regret that items shipped from the manufacturer cannot be shipped to store. Gift cards are not eligible either, but they can always be purchased directly from your local store!
Items that are shipped from the manufacturer are labeled “Ships from the Manufacturer” on the product page. If you have merchandise in your cart that is not eligible to be shipped to store, you will be alerted upon submission of your order. You may then:
- Leave the items in your cart, remove the ship to store option and add an alternate shipping address
- Place a separate order and have merchandise shipped to an address other than to one of our stores
- Remove the merchandise that is shipped from the manufacturer listed above from your cart and proceed with ship to store
Canceling a ship to store order
In the event that your order is not picked up at the store by the date displayed in your "Order is ready for Pickup" email, the merchandise will be sent back to our warehouse and a refund will be issued.
Tracking information is not available for ship to store orders; however, we will send you an email as soon as your order is ready for pick up at the store. You can also check the status of your order online if you have an account or by calling us at 1-800-227-7776!
