Entering our store under the sign that proclaims “Ohio’s Great American Outdoor Store” it will take you very little time to realize that you haven’t entered into just any store but have stepped into an “experience”. From our Fishing Plane that hovers over our entrance to our numerous wildlife mounts and hand-painted murals you will understand that our store affords you a shopping excursion that is unique to any other store around.

Departments
Many of our customers come in for our world famous Hunting and Fishing departments but quickly discover that our store has much, much more to offer. The trained and knowledgeable staffs in Hunting and Fishing will expertly answer all of your questions and make sure you are completely outfitted for your next trip. Our Tracker Boat and Marine department has a wide variety of boats and boat accessories as well as ATV’s and other water sports equipment. Our camping staff will get you ready for your upcoming outing in the great outdoors with our extensive inventory of tents and other camping items. They will even help you out with your kayaking needs so you can hit the water in the right equipment. Our Gift Department has many unique items that both collectors and gift-givers alike will enjoy. Our large Apparel and Footwear departments carry many well-known brand names like Under Armour, Bob Timberlake, Rocky and Wolverine, RedHead and World Wide Sportsman brands.

Aquarium and Fish Feeding
The centerpiece of our store is our two-story, 24,000 gallon Aquarium and Waterfall. Several varieties of fish inhabit our tank, all of which are native to the State of Ohio including 4 largemouth bass weighing in at over 10 pounds, several other species of bass, walleyes, catfish, crappies and bluegills.  We have a live fish feeding every Wednesday at noon, and on Saturdays and Sundays at 2:00pm which are both educational and entertaining.

Be sure to take your best shot at our Uncle Buck’s Cabin Shooting Gallery located downstairs next to the Aquarium and Uncle Buck’s Snack Shop.

Uncle Buck’s Snack Shop
Don’t leave the store without stopping by the Snack Shop located on the first floor near the Aquarium to partake in some of their delicious food and snacks, including their world famous Cinnamon Roasted Nuts and Delicious Fresh Fudge made right in the shop.

Special Events/Workshops/Seminars
We have several special events and sales a year including our Spring Fishing Classic in Feb. /March, Go Outdoors Sale in May, Fall Hunting Classic in August, our Free Boat Show in January and many others. In November, our store turns into a Winter Wonderland as our annual visit from Santa happens with daily chances to get your picture taken free with Jolly Old Santa. This is a great event packed with games and crafts for the kids and many Christmas items on sale.

  Cincinnati Bass Pro Shops is the proud sponsor of all of the 2013 Hamilton County Parks District's Fishing Events.

  General Information The top three teams in each tournament, with the exception of the Holiday Kids’ Tournament, Bass League and Kid’s Fishing Derby, will receive boathouse gift certificates based on a percentage of the entry fees. Registration for all tournaments, except for the Bass League, begins one hour prior to the start of the tournament.

  Bass Fishing League Sharon Woods Lake has earned the reputation as the top bass lake in southwest Ohio. Limits of bass weighing 3 pounds each have become common. If you are looking for a tournament series where you are sure to catch fish, then our Wednesday evening Bass Fishing League is for you. Compete for a chance to win $500.00 in Bass Pro Shop gift cards, two season boat rental passes and a team entry into the Bass Series Championship. The one-time fee to enter is $150.00 per team and includes boat rental. Registration is due in advance at Sharon Woods Boathouse beginning March 31st. The league is limited to the first 20 teams and begins on April 11th. Prizes and awards are based on league points at the end of five weeks of competition and a $25.00 big fish gift card is given out nightly.

  Panfish Cup The popularity of our Panfish Cup has convinced us to expand the schedule to include events at Winton Woods Lake. There is no limit to the number of Bluegill and Crappie that you can weigh-in at these fun events. Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams at each tournament. The team that weighs-in the most fish through all eight events will win the cherished “Panfish Cup.” Entry fees are $40.00 per team, per tournament.

  Bass Series This has been our most popular tournament series for more than 30 years. In 2011, for the fourth consecutive year, it took more than 18 pounds to win the series championship! Come test your skills against some of the top anglers in the tri-state. Earn points through the six qualifying events to qualify for the Championship and your shot at $1,000.00 in Bass Pro gift cards! Entry fees are $60.00 per team and includes boat rental. The top 20 anglers will qualify for the Championship.

  Kid's Fishing Derby Youngsters 12 and under can wet a line in the pond at Triple Creek and win a trophy if they catch a tagged fish. Each child who catches any fish will receive a frame-able certificate to commemorate their catch and everyone who participates will receive a special Derby button. The Derby is free of charge and advanced registrations are not required. Anglers must bring their own fishing gear; live bait will be available for purchase at the event. This is a family event and adults are welcome to wet a line.

  Adult/Child Tournaments Don’t miss out on these fun and exciting team tournaments at Sharon Woods Lake. The cost to enter is $20.00 per team and includes boat rental. Any species of fish can be weighed-in with no limits except Bass. To compete, one member of your team must be under 16 years of age.

  Holiday Kid's Tournaments The holiday tournaments at Lake Isabella are free of charge and all fishing can be done from the shore. Children 12 and under are eligible to compete and must be accompanied by an adult. The tournaments are limited to 50 children in each category (ages 10 – 12, 6 – 9, under 6). All children who compete will receive a certificate. Any child who catches a fish will receive a trophy and the largest fish in each category will receive a trophy and a prize.
