4 venison steaks
1 Tblsp olive oil
1/8 tsp (each) blk., white, red pepers
1 clove minced garlic
1 med onion ... sliced
enough DRY Marsela cooking wine to cover (about 1/4 cup)
In skillet, cook steaks with oil, garlic, and peppers until almost done.
Remove from pan and keep warm.
Add onion to pan and cover with wine
Cook over medium heat until reduced by 1/2.
Return steaks and finish cooking.
Serve with pasta, salad, and crusty bread, and red wine if prefered.
