INGREDIENTS
Deer back straps or steaks
Eggs
Saltin crackers
Garlic salt
Onion salt
Directions
Cut deer back straps into strips.
Mix 3 to 5 eggs in large bowl.
Crush the crackers up and place in another bowl.
Dip the deer strips in the eggs and then dip them in the crackers.
Fry on medium heat in a pan.
When finished sprinkle garlic and onion salt over them.
This is very easy to do and tastes wonderful! |
