1 or 2 Rabbits (depending on amount of people)
1 Bottle of Red Wine Vinegrette
1 Cup Flour
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cut rabbit into fryer parts, and put in a bowl with red wine vinegrette.
Allow to marinate for 3 days.
On the third day in another bowl, place 1 cup of flour add salt and pepper to taste.
In another bowl, place 2 eggs and milk.
In a nonstick frying pan, heat olive oil.
Place rabbit first in egg and milk mix and then in flour and fry in olive oil until done.
Serve on plate with green vegetable and mash potatoes.
