small bowl full of chopped up mangos
2 fish filets
chopped up onion (optional)
some parsley (optional)
Put the mangos, bit of pepper and salt, onions and parsley into a pot and stir.
If it is to dry you can add a very litle bit of white wine and stir.
Put the to filets meat side down not skin side down.
Cook on the BBQ for 15 minutes on the lowest temperature.
After the fish is done put the mixture onto of the filets and enjoy.
