2 lbs lean ground meat (deer,elk)
2 Tlbs "MORTON's tender quick"
2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp.garlic powder
1 cup water
2 Tbls.mustard seed
1 or 2 Tbls. ground pepper corn (your flavor)
Mix all ingrediants with clean hands.
Form and roll into 2 x 6 inch logs.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Remove plastic wrap and bake at 300 degrees for about 1 hour,
Turn and drain after about 30 minutes.
