1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons. flour
4 venison chops or steaks (1 1/2 to 2 pounds)
4 tablespoons of oil
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon. Liquid Smoke
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
dash Tabasco sauce
In a small shallow bowl mix together onion salt, pepper, and flour.
Dip chops or steaks in mixture and coat on all sides.
Fry meat in oil until brown.
Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour over browned meat and simmer until meat is tender about 1 1/2 hours.
