Venison or Beef
Lawyer's Teriyaki Marinade
(The only reason I mention this brand is due to the consistency. I have found it penetrates the meat the best).
Cut venison or beef into thin strips.
Place the strips in a rectangular glass baking dish.
Cover meat with marinade.
Cover dish with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for two days.
Periodically stir or mix meat and marinade with a fork.
Smoke (with maple chips) at 150 degrees for approximately 8 hours.
Eat quickly before the wife or kids find it!
