Cut venison in strips 1/2" by 1/2" and 4" long.
Marinate 8 to 12 hours in the following:
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1 teaspoon ( or less) garlic powder
black pepper to taste (I use 1/4 teaspoon)
1 teaspoon onion powder or dehydrated onion
Remove venison strips from the marinate and let dry.
Dip in egg whites.
Dip in crushed dry Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix.
Fry quickly in a quarter inch of very hot oil.
Eat ... Yumm.
