cubed venison tenderloin
fresh garlic, crushed
bell pepper, chopped
portabella mushrooms, chopped
brown gravy mix
cooked rice(basmati is best)
Note All ingredients can be added as much or as little as you prefer. Experiment!
Saute venison, peppers, onion and garlic in skillet with olive oil.
Season with salt and black pepper as desired.
Add mushrooms, and saute for a few more minutes.
Combine gravy mix with water and pour over venison.
Stir mixture well, cover and cook over med-low heat for approximately 20 minutes.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
This dish is delicious and very easy to prepare. I have converted many non-venison eaters.
