1-filet of salmon
1-bottle of lemon and dill sauce
1-package of almonds
1-plastic cooking bag
1-sprig of parsley
This recipe is goof-proof!!
Place the salmon filet [skin side down] in the plastic cooking bag.
Cover the filet with the lemon and dill sauce.
Pour the almonds over the filet and sauce.
Seal the bag BUT NOT TOO TIGHT, to allow the steam to escape.
Bake on high in MICROWAVE for about 25 minutes.
When filet is done it is now pink rather than orange.
Remove the fish from the bag, to a serving dish, you can add more sauce if desired and garnish with parsley and ENJOY.
Serves about 4.
