1 cup teriyaki sauce
1 cup worcestershire sauce
1 tbls. each black pepper,white pepper,cayenne pepper
8 to 10 slices of bacon
Cut whole backstrap into 3 equal parts.
Place in large ziploc bag(s) and equally distribute ingredients in each bag(s).
Marinade in "frig" for 24 hours.
Remove from marinade and wrap each backstrap section in bacon.
Secure with toothpicks and place on a "HOT" grill and cook quickly to med. med/rare.
