INGREDIENTS
One Pack Butterfried sliced Tenderlions
One diced onion
Teaspoon Season Salt
Teaspoon Garlic Salt
Teaspoon Emeril's original Essence (optional)
Tablespoon butter
One Pepper (Green or Red) sliced
Directions
Saute onions and sliced peppers in the butter until tender
Add tenderlions and seasonings
Cook on medium heat until brown
Makes a good side dish with potatoes |
