INGREDIENTS
2 Pounds of Venison Burger
3 Large Onions (White or Spanish)
3 Green Peppers
2 Eggs
3 Tablespoons McCormick Broiled Steak Season
2 Tablespoons Worchester Sauce
1 Small Block Velveeta Cheese
Saltine Crackers
1 Large Electric Skillet
Peanut Oil
Directions
Take 1 1/2 of the onions and dice them up small
Take the other 1 1/2 onion and slice into rings.
Then take 1 1/2 green pepper and dice them up small and the rest slice into strips.
Take the block Velveeta cheese and cut into small cubes.
Take the venison burger and put in large mixing bowl
Add the chopped onions & green peppers, and the 2 eggs, broiled steak season, Worchester sauce and Velveeta cheese cubes, mix very well together.
Mixture should be just moist - if not, add the crumbled saltines until mixture become a little dryer.
Take burger and make four large patties out of it, set aside.
In an electric skillet put enough peanut oil to cover the bottom of skillet
Tturn on the temp to where it just starts to heat up the oil.
Add the four patties and set the temp to simmer and let the burgers fry for 20 min.
Then turn and let fry for another20 min.
Leave the skillet on simmer and add the rest of onion & green pepper on top of patties.
Put a lid on skillet and let go for one hour.
Turn patties over and let cook for another hour.
Take out and serve with your choice of other dish. |
