First melt some butter-About a tbsp for 2 filets. Then pull out a sheet of aluminum foil and place crappie in center. Sprinkle each side w/ lemon pepper and seasoning salt. Pour melted butter over filets. Add a few dashes of dried basil or parsley. Fold the foil to create a sealed air pocket around the filets. Bake in oven at about 425F for 15 minutes or until fish turns flaky.
