INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup chopped onion
Lemon slices
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Clean, fillet, and skin 3 to 4 lb. lake trout.
Arrange 2 fillets next to each other on Aluminum foil.
Spread chopped onion on fish
Put a slice or two of lemon on each fillet.
Salt and pepper to taste
Wrap tightly in foil and bake 20 minutes on each side in 350 degree oven or on the grill.
When done, unwrap fish, throw away, and eat the foil! Bon appetite! |
