4 Halibut Steaks (or any firm fish, shark, tuna etc.)
1 clove garlic minced
zest of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon of parsely
1/4 cup olive oil
black and red pepper
-in small bowl combine garlic, lemon zest, and parsely. cover with oil. Chill while grill heats to med temp.
-salt and pepper fish to taste
-brush fish on both sides generously with oil mixture and grill turning once till fish flakes with fork.
-serve with pasta, salad, crusty bread, and dry white wine
