8 to 10 lbs. venison cut 1/4 in. thick
4 oz liquid smoke
4 oz worchershire sause
4 oz soy sause
3 tsp coarse black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
combine all ingredients and mix well, place in cvered container and merinate 24 hrs in frig.
place on racks close but not touching dry ing food dehydrator 16 to 24 hrs. rotait a few times so it dries consistantly. place in zip lock bags and enjoy at will. If you don't have a dehydrator hang with tooth picks from oven rack
at very low heat. If you have a dog in the house better give him a tranquilizer till your done.
