INGREDIENTS
some flour ,about a tsp of emerils cajun fish seasoning, veggie oil, whatever seasonings you want for the marinade
Directions
first you need to take how ever many fillets you desire to use and lay them in you seasoned oil for about 3 mins flipping them regularly. then mix the cajun fish seasoning in with the flour into a gallon sized ziplock bag and shake untill yuo have a nice even coat. now just place them in the deep frier untill crisp and light golden brown and your ready to eat. |
