INGREDIENTS
A-1 steak sauce (or italian dressing)
powdered pancake mix
walleye or any other white meated fish fillet
salt and pepper
Directions
Marinade fish in the steak sauce or dressing over night
Coat in pankake mix
Add salt and pepper
Fry until golden brown
You should use just enough peanut oil to cover the fish fillets completely. Walleye works very well for this recipe. |
