INGREDIENTS
2 Lbs. Speckled trout Fillets
Tomatoes, onions cilantro lime juice
1oz tequila (optional)
olive oil
paprika, salt, pepper
Directions
Arrange fillets in large baking dish and sprinkle with olive oil. In seprate bowl mix Chopped tomato,onion, cilantro, lime juice and 1 oz.tequila..(sample tequila) You can also used pre-prepared Pico degilo. Spoon pico on the fillets about 2 tbls per fillet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Broil for about5-7 min or till the fish flakes with a fork. This is one of my favorite ways to prepare fresh Trout!!! Enjoy |
