lemon juice - 1 cup
grounded black pepper
chopped garlic - 2 cloves
butter -1 cup
Wash bass meat in lemon juice, then sponge off excess to leave meat semi-dry...
mix chopped garlic, garlic powder and butter in mall bowl and melt in microwave until liquified..
baste fish meat with garlic mixture and add a little pepper and seasoning salt on fish afterwards...
place on BBQ onto aluminium foil and cook on low until falls apart easily, always baste fish with garlic butter mixture until all used, and at the end seasoning salt should be added once more, but less then first time...good as well on silver bass and perch
