4 pounds of fresh crayfish
1 packs of crab and crayfish boil.
I used a 8qrt stock pot.
I filled it half way with water, added the crab boil, 2 lemons cut in quarters and a some salt. Next i set it on the camp fire on top of the grill. i let it boil then added all the cray fish it would hold. Then we boiled it for 4mins, then we took it off the fire and let it set for 20mins. add my other recipe mike grilled lemon and pepper fish. and you have a great meal. enjoy!
