8-10 crappie fillets
powdered parmeasan romano cheese
pour 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in baking dish
lay fillets in baking dish
melt 1/2 stick of butter and pour over fillets
sprinkle lightly with paparika, garlic powder, pepper, salt.
sprinkle about 1/4 cup of chopped parsley over fillets.
finally sprinkle 1/4 cup of parmeasan romano cheese
baked until fish flakes...remove once to bast with melted butter.
Add additional sprinkle of cheese after baking is complete.
Goes great with jasmine rice.
