Beer
Salt
Directions
Put flour in a bowl, slowly put beer in and fold until mixed to a thin or thick mixture (whatever you perfer)Do not beat as this will ruin the batter mixture. Add a little salt
Dry fish,coat and deep fry.
the best I have ever used. The thicker the batter the crisper it will be. Good for onion rings also. |
