venison medallions 1/2 in thick (you can use any part, for the tougher cuts, tenderize and apply meat tenderized for several hours)
Apply meat tenderizer,garlic pwd, salt(adjust amount according to meat tenderizer), and pepper. Let tenderize according to cut of meat. Start smoker, pecan wood works great for this, wrap each piece of venison with bacon and use a toothpick to hold in place. Place on smoker. Meat will be done when bacon is cooked. This is great.
