INGREDIENTS
Marinade Mix:
1/4 c Red Wine
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 dash of garlic
Cajun Seasoning
2 cups of water
Injector tool
Directions
Mix marinade ingredients.
Inject marinade throughout the roast.
Coat the Roast with Cajun seasoning |
