INGREDIENTS
4 Swordfish steaks
2 Cloves crushed garlic
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
4 tablespoons olive oil
juice of a lemon
salt & pepper
Directions
Mix together the oil, lemon juice, garlic and parsley.
Spread over the seasoned swordfish steaks.
Cook under a slow grill for 10 to 15 min.
Turning carefully once during cooking.
Baste frequently.
Serve with a wedge of lemon. |
