INGREDIENTS
deboned deer meat,with all fat removed. 12 quart mason jars garlic brown gravey mix. large pressur canner.
Directions
cut deer into 1 inch cubes.fill quart jars with meat add 1 clove garlic,and 2 teaspoons brown gravy mix.fill jars 1/2 full with water,and tighten lids.place in canner,and cover with water 1 inch deep.heat to 12 pounds pressure and cook for 90 mins.let cool and store. later open can microwave,and serve with rice or mashed popotes. |
