INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sdauce
1 tablespoon Liquid Smoke
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together with venison strips and let set in refrigerator for 8 to 24 hours. Dry with a dehydrater for 8 to 24 hours. |
