Geocaching 101
Do you need to break your kids away from the computer, or video games? Maybe you should try your hand at geocaching. Geocaching is a great outdoor activity that the whole family can enjoy. Geocaching is the modern day equivalent to treasure hunting. Thousands of people have hidden "treasures" (Usually little trinkets of some kind or another), and posted clues and coordinates on line. With a little problem solving, and a hand held GPS, you can find them. What's best, is that geocaching has become a global game. There are hundreds if not thousands of local treasures, and you can always take your GPS on vacation, and look for more, almost anywhere you would go. Come on out on Saturday May 18th, or Sunday May 19th, at 1:30pm, or 4:00pm, and let out Marine Counter Associates help get you started. Remember, Your Adventure Starts Here!!

Wear It Right
As part of our Go Outdoors celebration, our Marine associates will be putting on classes on how to correctly and safely wear a life vest. There are a number of different styles available, that all have different features. Come on out on Saturday May 18th, or Sunday May 19th at 11:30am, or 3:30pm, and let our marine associates help you find the life vest that will best suit your needs. Too often, safety equipment in never important until you really need it. Don't be caught unprepared.
