Exchanges and Refunds
- Items returned with a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price in the original method of payment used on the order.
- Items returned without a receipt will be processed at the lowest sale price. Items may be exchanged for another product or will be refunded in the form of a Bass Pro Shops gift card.
- If replacing your item, regular shipping charges, duty, and taxes will apply.
- We will not refund shipping and handling charges unless an error occurred in processing by Bass Pro Shops. Shipping and handling includes consumption tax, custom fees, and shipping charges on orders shipped express air. These fees are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
