Represents and promotes the Bass Pro Shops Credit Card. Performs various Customer Service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information and direction to customers.
Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers
Greet all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner
Ask each customer if they would like to apply for the BPS credit card in a professional, friendly and unobtrusive manner
Detailed knowledge of the terms and conditions of the card / program
Assist customer with completion of the BPS credit card application
Call in applications promptly
Notify customers that were declined in a courteous and professional manner; always maintaining confidentiality and the customer’s self esteem
Other duties, assignments and responsibilities as needed.
