Customer Service Representative FLORIDA (Tallahassee)
This full-time position will inspect boats prior to customer delivery to ensure units are clean and properly rigged. When customers come in to pick up their boat, the Customer Service Rep will greet the customers, verify serial numbers, explain the boat's operation and point out location of controls and accessories. Additional responsibilities may include checking in boats once delivered by matching boat/motor/trailer serial #'s on invoice, placing inventory bar code labels on units and assisting with physical inventories on a monthly basis. Position requires some lifting up to 50 pounds, ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and good communication skills. Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Merchandising Manager FLORIDA (Tallahassee)

Position summary:


Assists General Manager with the management of store merchandising to ensure proper merchandise assortment, merchandise presentation, inventory control, customer service, Associate morale and other duties as assigned.

Position responsibilities:

• Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers

• Opens and Closes the Store. Assumes responsibility for the entire store when the General Manager is out of the building.

• Directly supervises the Sales Departments through the Group Sales Managers.

• Ensures the Departments are staffed with “service” oriented associates; participates in interviewing and selection, coordinates training, prepares / approves performance appraisals, recommends merit / promotional increases, prepares weekly work schedules, coaches and motivates associates to promote positive customer relations and a productive team-oriented work environment

• Works closely with the DMMs at the Corporate Office to ensure proper Merchandise mix, assortment and inventory levels.

• Responsible to communicate and implement all Advertising / Marketing initiatives of the Company to include Tabs, Flyers, signing, pricing, features, imagery, visual presentation, etc.

• Maintains all planograms set by Merchandising.

• Meets or exceeds all financial plans as set by the Company.

• Executes all Sales / Payroll plans as directed by the Company

• Maintains a clean, organized and safe environment for all associates and customers.

• Resolves customer and associate issues

• Carries out Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws, including: interviewing, hiring & training, planning, assigning and directing work; measuring and evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Parts Sales Associtate -Tracker FLORIDA (Tallahassee)
Position is available to assist customers with purchases of or questions regarding boat, motor or trailer parts. Position will research customer inquiries using internet web sites, manufacturer contact or on-site reference materials. Additional responsibilities include contacting vendors, verifying payments, typing invoices, updating reports, processing returned merchandise and completing refund transactions. Marine knowledge is helpful along with good phone etiquette and data entry skills. Telemarketing experience is a plus.

Position is responsible for meeting with potential customers to determine their boating needs and to provide all necessary information to assist customers in making informed buying decisions. Other responsibilities include ensuring total customer satisfaction, remaining current on product information, helping to maintain floor presentation standards, entering new customer prospects into the computer system and following up with all prospects on a timely basis. Requirements include outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and previous sales experience in marine or auto industry.
