Service Technician ALASKA (Anchorage)
Position will perform service and warranty repairs on boats, motors and trailers, in addition to installing accessory items as needed. Work is performed both inside and outside. Service Techs are required to attend technical training to improve proficiency and quality of work and to maintain knowledge of current techniques for painting, decal application and fiberglass repairs. Ability to perform heavy lifting, up to and in excess of 50 pounds is required. Must have own tools. Experience with marine service and warranty repairs is required.

Merchandise Specialist ALASKA (Anchorage)
Position summary:

Assists the Group Sales Managers & Merchandise Manager with merchandise sets and displays, including bust forms, props, product layout, specialty shops, ad sets, seasonal and promotional changes and mannequin displays.

Position responsibilities:

Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers

Greet all customers as they enter the department in a friendly and outgoing manner

Inventory Control Lead ALASKA (Anchorage)
Position summary:

Maintains & insures accuracy of Store’s inventory by working various reports, conducting audits and communicating results with Store Management.

Position responsibilities:

Service Manager ALASKA (Anchorage)
Position is responsible for managing the Service, Parts and Rigging operations of a boat dealership. Specific duties include scheduling and assigning all rigging, warranty and service work orders; maintaining and constantly striving to increase employee productivity; delivering outstanding customer service by ensuring work orders are completed to the customer's satisfaction on a timely basis; sourcing, hiring, training and scheduling Service personnel; achieving monthly Service and Parts financial objectives by monitoring and analyzing all expenses, sales, cost of goods, receivables, parts inventory levels, Internal billings and warranty claims submitted / received; and maintaining a safe, clean and secure work environment. Requirements include 3-5 years previous service management experience, preferably within the marine or auto industry, data entry and customer service skills. Experience with IDS software package is a plus.

Service Writer ALASKA (Anchorage)
Position will greet customers who need service or warranty repairs on their boat. They will write repair orders, enter work orders into the computer and schedule warranty and service repairs. Additional responsibilities include answering service questions over the phone and in person, obtaining authorization for warranty repairs, maintaining service records and working with customers and the Service Department to resolve service issues. Requirements include accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in marine or auto service industry is preferred.
