Service Lead (part-time) TEXAS (Harlingen)
This position will greet customers who need service or warranty repairs on their boat and will write repair orders, open and close work orders in the computer and assign and schedule rigging, warranty and service repairs. Additional responsibilities include answering service questions over the phone and in person, obtaining authorization for warranty repairs, maintaining service records and working with customers and the Service Department to resolve service issues. Position will prepare associate work schedules and, in conjunction with the Boat General Manager, assist with the overall responsibility for the efficient operation of the Boat Service Center. Requirements include accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in marine, RV, motorcycle or auto service industry is preferred.

Team Leader - Camping Department TEXAS (Harlingen)
Full-time position

Position summary:

Under the supervision of the Department Manager gives daily direction to the associates in one of the Departments within the store, to include: merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, sales enhancements, stocking and customer service activities.

Position responsibilities:

Supports Management in achievement of Departmental Sales, Gross Margin, Inventory Shrinkage and Payroll Goals

Provide daily direction to the associates within the Department

Prepare To-do / Task lists

Execute all Merchandising directives... i.e. “Top 25 list”, “Extreme Savings” items, etc. & maintain all planograms as set by the Corporate Office.

Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers

Assists with: coordination of all “Special Events”; maintenance of pricing and UPC integrity; determining proper assortments; accuracy of inventory; proper display, signing and pricing of all advertised items

Assists the Department Manager in carrying out Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws, including: interviewing; training; planning; assigning and directing work; measuring and evaluating performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems; maintaining a positive, harassment free working environment for all associates

Other duties, assignments and responsibilities as needed.

Must have open availability and strong knowledge of camping and camping products.

Maintenance Associate (Part-time) TEXAS (Harlingen)
Position Summary:

Completes work order service requests in support of store operations. Performs preventive maintenance, and over sees service contractors delivery of routine maintenance (housekeeping, landscape maintenance, pest control, etc.). Must possess broad skills in various building trades (I.E. plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, etc.) and broad mechanical aptitude. Duties include building and equipment repair and installation, and project work relating to store sales initiatives. Additionally, this position is responsible to support corporate facility maintenance, energy conservation, and waste management programs.

Position Responsibilities:

Electrical repair; lamp changing, light fixture repair/installation, diagnostic capability.

Plumbing repair; pump and fixture installations/replacements/repair, drain cleaning, diagnostic capability

Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning; basic understanding of commercial equipment operation and maintenance procedures

Basic mechanical repair on tractors, forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment as required

Basic building repair; painting, wall repair, minor carpentry, floor repair, etc.

Perform periodic building operation “tune up” to ensure energy conservation and waste management efforts at the store level are consistent with over all corporate facility programs

This position is expected to remain flexible in work scheduling to meet changing store objectives

Performs other duties as required
