Customer Service Manager TEXAS (Pearland)
Successful candidates must have 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a high volume department or discount retail environment. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are necessary. Will be responsible for scheduling and supervision of the check lanes, customer service desk, cash office, snack shop, greeters, credit card associates and PBX operator. In addition, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for the store's point of sale (POS) financial management. When scheduled as Manager of the Day (MOD), the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for the total store operation. A competitive salary and benefits package is offered.

Team Leader - Archery Department TEXAS (Pearland)
Full-time position

Position summary:

Under the supervision of the Department Manager gives daily direction to the associates in one of the Departments within the store, to include: merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, sales enhancements, stocking and customer service activities.

Position responsibilities:

Supports Management in achievement of Departmental Sales, Gross Margin, Inventory Shrinkage and Payroll Goals

Provide daily direction to the associates within the Department

Prepare To-do / Task lists

Non-Commissioned Position

Position summary:

Performs various Selling / Customer Service activities to assist Boat and ATV Customers in making informed buying decisions.

Position responsibilities:

Firearms Specialist TEXAS (Pearland)
Position summary: Responsible for maintaining a complete, thorough and accurate firearms inventory for the retail location to include the acquisition and disposition of firearms within federal legal requirements.

Position responsibilities:

Organizes and maintains firearms in all locations within the retail store to include Gun Counter, Fine Gun Room, Gunsmith department and all firearms storage areas.

Insures 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately

Controls access in and out of the Gun Vault

Completes all ATF Gun Traces on or off site as requested

Ships and / or transfers firearms as requested

Receives incoming firearms and / or black powder using A&D log books and electronic A&D system. Verifies gun accuracy to Receiving document

Sets and maintains all ads related to firearms

Conducts monthly firearms audits
