The developer will be working on an implementation of WebSphere Commerce, IBM Worklite and/or stand-alone JAVA , CSS, JavaScript or CSS code on the WebSphere, Worklite or Tomcat platforms. The Software Engineer will be responsible for converting project specifications, statements of problems and procedures into business solutions using JAVA, CSS, Xcode and Javascript, . The Software Engineer will also work closely with users and other project stakeholders to gather information for creating, improving or replacing software systems as needed, and will work with the Application Manager to define requirements for new functionality or improving/replacing existing systems.

The Software Engineer shall focus on the proper use of Web Programming Tools to code and test applications, classes and other types of modules to implement user interface functionality, business logic and database interactions. Position Requirements:

    Director of Non-Merchandise Procurement Sportsman's Park Center-Springfield, MO
    The Director of Non-Merchandise Procurement reports to the VP of Supply Chain and is responsible for implementing and executing sourcing strategies, initiatives and projects for a broad spectrum of spend categories, including but not limited to construction, store planning, office supplies, equipment, corporate services and visual merchandising. Primary responsibilities include: competitive market analysis; supplier identification and relationship management; execution of the RFI/RFP and competitive bid process; contract and price negotiations; and the day to day management of assigned commodity programs to drive savings, improve business processes and comply with all corporate, legal and regulatory policies.

    2. Coordinates entire warranty claim process for concerns assigned with the goal of preventing escalation of the concern toward consumer litigation.

    3. Assists TMG Customer Relations, Parts, and Advocacy personnel as required.

    4. Other duties as assigned.

    BASIC SKILLS:

    1. Strong computer system aptitude

    2. Proficient in the use of MS Outlook

    3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    4. Experience servicing recreational boats, trailers, propulsion units, and related optional equipment

    5. Good organization skills and able to handle multiple tasks

    6. Excellent Customer Service skills

    7. Ability to analyze, recommend, and take action

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Associates Degree in Administration or Information Technology or two + years experience in recreational marine customer service, warranty administration, or recreational boat manufacturing preferred.

    2. PC experience mandatory

    CUSTOMER CARE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE Missouri (Springfield Corporate-Tracker Marine Boat Center)
    Responsible for responding to consumer inquiries and conducting outbound follow-up campaigns to assist boat and ATV shoppers and facilitate an introduction to their local Tracker Boat Center sales team. Also provides support for event and service campaigns through outbound calls to customers and prospective customers. Candidate must possess strong phone, excellent writing, organization and time management skills. Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with office and call center software is a plus.
