4) Update the project calendar and schedule due to changes (additions and deletions) to Fab shop scope and work with other staff to update sales order and work orders to reflect changes. Maintain contact with BPS project site managers and General Contractor affiliates to ensure open communication for accurate issuance and understanding of products supplied including installation instructions.

5) Work with production team to develop and maintain accurate historical files for budgeting and manufacturing. Develop retrieval system to produce budget price for quoting with supplemental supporting documents including ACAD and PDF drawings in addition to photos of finished product in a comprehensive package retrievable electronically for hard copy distribution when needed.

6) Work with supervisors and engineering (CAD tech) to ensure correct information is entered into drawings and other production documents for efficient time and material management to attain budget target.

The Dealer Administration Role provides orchestration of our Non-A product between the Manufacturing Plants, Management Staff and ultimately the Dealer Network. • Present the company in a professional manner working with Dealer Prospects and Regional Sales Managers in the New Dealer routing process. Monitors all incoming New Dealer paperwork and tracks completeness.

• Responsible for the yearly execution of our Dealer Agreement process. Must work closely with our Legal Counsel and Executive Staff in the fulfillment of the agreements.

• Handle a large volume of email and phone communication in a timely fashion relaying product order status.

The steward loads them into a dish rack, sprays them with a hand held water hose and then loads them into the dish machine. At the other end of the machine they unload dishes, check them for cleanliness and stack them in kitchen, or bring them out front and stock in designated areas. The floor gets very wet in the dish area. The trash is taken out daily; floors are swept and mopped in the kitchen. The steward position is a very hot, physical job and a position that is vital in the operation of the cafeteria.

This position is responsible for coordinating with Owner, government, state, city and county regulatory agencies and contractors to ensure projects are constructed according to plans, budgets and specifications.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Delivers completed buildings with a Certificate of Occupancy.

Coordinates all remodeling and major structural repairs on existing project as needed.

Continually visits sites from initial construction to completion to monitor and report status to department management.

Creates punch lists on each site and coordinates all items for completion in a timely manner.

Education and/or Experience:
Prefer a bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years’ related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have capability experience in multi-project responsibility. Full development experience preferred. Program Management Professional certification or Project Management Professional strongly preferred.

This position has direct responsibility shared with one or more individuals that clearly impacts the budget.

Budget Dimensions:

Summary

Work with Fab Shop Manager to coordinate multiple simultaneous projects to generate detailed information, including but not limited to project take-offs, budgets, schedules, and material buyouts from vendors. Help in outlining and delivering accurate and complete production information for ALL Fab Shop Departments (Wood, Metal, Exhibits, and Finish). Assist in coordinating the activities of all shops to ensure completion of tasks on time within the project schedule matrix.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1) Work with manager and department supervisors to develop Project information files for fixtures, cabinets, log and timber structures, lighting, metal production, exhibit items and other related Fab Shop manufactured products and features for multi project production.

2) Help develop estimates from AOR construction documents and other Design Development drawings and information for major projects and ancillary projects including but not limited to Big Cedar Lodge, Top of the Rock, Longcreek, SPC, miscellaneous existing store requests and other corporate entities and properties.

3)Assist manager to develop and maintain production schedules for five to ten projects, each consisting of 80-100 work orders. Assure that all Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) are budgeted, produced and shipped.

4) Update the project calendar and schedule due to changes (additions and deletions) to Fab shop scope and work with other staff to update sales order and work orders to reflect changes. Maintain contact with BPS project site managers and General Contractor affiliates to ensure open communication for accurate issuance and understanding of products supplied including installation instructions.

5) Work with production team to develop and maintain accurate historical files for budgeting and manufacturing. Develop retrieval system to produce budget price for quoting with supplemental supporting documents including ACAD and PDF drawings in addition to photos of finished product in a comprehensive package retrievable electronically for hard copy distribution when needed.

6) Work with supervisors and engineering (CAD tech) to ensure correct information is entered into drawings and other production documents for efficient time and material management to attain budget target.

7) Utilize production software MAS500 for quotes, sales orders and work orders for fabrication. Work with other staff to ensure accurate data flow back to Design Development.

8) Other reasonably related duties as assigned by management.

Education and/or Experience:

    Position Summary:

    Develop recreational marine products for fabrication in composites, aluminum and rotomolded thermoplastic. Develop freshwater and saltwater products including but not limited to concept development and interpretation, prototype development, tooling design, tooling fabrication, manufacturing process planning, manufacturing engineering and customer service support.

    Position Responsibilities:

    •Apply sound concepts of product design, engineering, naval architecture and quality management to define, develop and integrate state of the art marine product and manufacturing methodology into high production manufacturing facilities company-wide.
    •Develop recreational marine product for fabrication in composites, aluminum and rotomolded thermoplastic.
    •Support new product development and engineering for five brands of power boat products.
    •Characterize and qualify advanced new manufacturing materials: coatings, resins, reinforcements, composite sheet, thermoformed sheet, adhesives, fasteners, molding, blanking, forming, fastening, CNC and robotics and/or any other material or processes that may apply in Tracker Marine Group boat and parts production.
    •Maximize quality, efficient space requirements, materials and labor usage and yield.
    •All other duties as assigned.

    Skills/Qualifications:

    •Bachelor of Science degree with a Major in Mechanical Engineering, Minor in Manufacturing Engineering or Naval Architecture at an accredited four year college or university is highly preferred (or other relevant degree and/or experience)
    •A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the design, engineering, manufacturing and marketing of marine recreational, aerospace or consumer products with proven, quantifiable results desired
    •Proactive in identifying , owning and solving problems
    •Flexible in the face of shifting priorities
    •Experience functioning in the corporate environment for new product development, engineering and manufacturing
    •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    •Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

    Video Library Manager Sportsman's Park Center-Springfield, MO
    Position Summary:

    The Video Library Manager (VLM) is responsible for maintaining the Video Library and its nearly 20,000 assets including various types of tape, digital files and optical discs. They control the flow of digital assets through a library system, and maintain databases for current and backup files and tapes. Reporting to the VLM is team of media archivists. This position requires a high degree of independent judgment, and operates without any direct supervision on matters of significance to business operations and workflow

    Responsibilities include:

    • Maintain the library and its database with the goal of finding any single asset in 2 minutes or less. This includes two subsets of assets: master programs and raw footage.

    • Work with team and outside resources to develop database and CMS (Content Management System) for tracking all digital assets

    • Circulation of media.

    • Assist producers and editors in finding and delivering shots needed for post-production.

    • Track usage and inventory of raw tape stock, media and hard drives

    • Manage team of archivists to ensure overall goals of department are being met.

    • Record and monitor TV air checks and special events using DVRs – maintain copies for library.

    • Work with Archive Team to ingest and track legacy assets into library database.

    • Catalog media into library database system, label and shelve media.

    • Track media assets in-house and in off-site, underground storage, including original media, LTO, and clones.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    Skills and knowledge required for position:

    • Minimum BA / BS in library science or related field

    • Deep subject matter expertise with managing digital assets including solid experience with creating and managing databases. Direct experience with File Maker Pro a plus.

    • Ability to provide quality and timely access to physical and digital visual media assets

    • A creative vision and great communications abilities to effectively share ideas and inspire team members

    • Working knowledge of audio and video file formats, resolutions and digital media technology for online publishing and file preservation, plus a conceptual understanding of streaming standards and technology

    • Excellent interpersonal skills

    • Management experience with an ability to bring together team members to solve problems and support the production environment.

    • A proactive, can-do attitude, with solid time and project management skills, and willingness to get hands-on to create solutions for managing our library.
