KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The manager of philanthropic and civic engagement plays a critical role in ensuring that Bass Pro Shops and the Morris Family’s philanthropic mission of conservation is fulfilled through both charitable donations and community engagement of Bass Pro Shops associates. This person must embody our core principles of servant leadership in all of his/her work. He/She will be responsible for providing sound financial and business analysis in reporting of our overall philanthropic efforts both within our corporate headquarters as well as within the communities we serve nationally. He/She will also develop Bass Pro Shops civic and volunteer opportunities for associates in alignment with our overall mission. He/She will also manage our Associate Relief Fund.
Primary responsibilities also include:
• Develop a strategic plan for contributions of time, money and expertise in alignment with Bass Pro Shops and their Foundation(s) overall philanthropic goals.
• Review and modify a contributions policy for Bass Pro Shops. Meet IRS requirements for charitable giving.

Senior Software Engineer Position Summary
The person in this position will be primarily responsible for leading teams writing programming code for the Bass Pro Shops web and mobile sites. POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engage in the development of vendor networks, identify and qualify new sources and develop existing sources to higher standards. Primary Responsibilities:

SOURCING/VENDOR MANAGEMENT
