The developer will be working on an implementation of WebSphere Commerce, IBM Worklite and/or stand-alone JAVA , CSS, JavaScript or CSS code on the WebSphere, Worklite or Tomcat platforms. The Software Engineer will be responsible for converting project specifications, statements of problems and procedures into business solutions using JAVA, CSS, Xcode and Javascript, . The Software Engineer will also work closely with users and other project stakeholders to gather information for creating, improving or replacing software systems as needed, and will work with the Application Manager to define requirements for new functionality or improving/replacing existing systems.

The Software Engineer shall focus on the proper use of Web Programming Tools to code and test applications, classes and other types of modules to implement user interface functionality, business logic and database interactions. The Engineer must be responsive to business needs and help ensure reliable operation of systems in the production environment.     The Director of Non-Merchandise Procurement reports to the VP of Supply Chain and is responsible for implementing and executing sourcing strategies, initiatives and projects for a broad spectrum of spend categories, including but not limited to construction, store planning, office supplies, equipment, corporate services and visual merchandising.
