The Spiro Side Table by Flat Rock Furniture is named for the famed Spiro Mounds of Oklahoma, one of the richest archaeological sites in North America. The Spiro Side Table replicates the Gorget, a flat, cut and polished ornamental stone worn by precontact peoples of the Eastern Woodlands and Mississippian cultures. The Saranac Spiro tabletop is made from cherry and hand wiped with a rich mahogany glaze; the legs and base are dried and sanded hickory saplings, a rapidly renewable resource, and also finished with mahogany glaze. The Spiro Side Table is made in the U.S.A. from native materials and ships ready to assemble. Measures: 26"W x 22"D x 23"H
