The incredibly versatile UltraVibe® Speed Craw from Zoom® can be effectively fished alone on a Carolina rig or rigged as a trailer on your favorite flippin' jig. The Speed Craw's high-action tentacles tantalizingly flutter on the fall bringing the bigger bass out of the deepest cover for a look-see and an inevitable strike.
I use it with solid success on my Carolina rigs. Learned it's success from a fellow guide in Texas years ago.

Smells really bad
Performance wise, its great. However, for some reason this bait smells extremely horrendous after use in water. I'm a die hard Zoom fan, especially the super flukes, but this I guess I have to pass on this one. Legs are also easy to peel off. I've already lost couple legs just by installing them on my jigs

speed craw to the draw
Used this bait exclusively this summer. Caught so many small and large mouth bass on this bait.

I think the Ultravibe speedcraw is more versatile. In certain situations when bass are sluggish and just aren't quite as aggressive, i'll bite off the back inch of the craw and allow for those short hits to be in the boat. However when they are hitting ...it's still a killer of a lure. Never....never fails.
