Zoom Super Chunk or Super Chunk Jr.
Super Chuncks are the best
We fish Lake of the Woods. We also make our own spinner baits and Always use a black super chunk on the trailer hook. We feel it increase our catch ratio. We have caught crappie, bass, northern pike, walleye, and muskie. They seem to be attracted to the wiggle motion of the trailer. Many times we have to replace the super chunck because the tail is missing. The fish seem to bite at that the most. Black works best but we have use pumpkin seed and blue early in the season.

Super Chunks work great
Really like these Zoom Super Chunks, I fish them as jig trailers and I use them as trailers on my chatterbait.
Just take a pair of scissors and split the legs about about 3/4 of a inch up from the tip and they immulate a crawfish pincher real well.
Great trailer at a great price and I can usually catch four or five fish off each one before I need to replace it.
Here's a picture of some bass I caugth using the super chunk on a 3/8 oz XPS Tungsten Jog.

My fishing buddy and I are long retired and enjoy jig fishing for largemouth bass. We've been using Zoom 4" super chunk trailers for years and consider them to be the best jig trailers on the market. We've been fishing with white jigs and white Zoom super chunks for years and have excellent luck with them. Thread the trailer onto the jig hook and secure it with a drop of super glue. Just a hint which will save you a lot of re-rigging.

Perfect Size & Shape
When Zoom made this trailer, they got it right! The tapered head fits snuggly underneath the skirt, allowing the pincers to flutter just behind the skirt's edge. It makes for a great, compact presentation with just enough flutter to invite the bite! This is my favorite trailer because it finishes the jig with the perfect size and shape. They seem to hold up in the brush better than others I have used. This is my go-to bait!
